BK590 is an accurate, automatic, meter-mix gluing machine, and of adjustable ratio, rapid cleaning, easy operation, specially designed for reeds.

1、Features

(1) Micro CNC with touch screen used to control the complex motion of the machine.

(2) Precision metering of the gear pump and screw pump.

(3) Adjustable mix ratio.

(4) Static mix used for 2:1 high viscosity is simple and reliable.

(5) The advanced design of the diaphragm valve provide positive cutoff and lifetime is long.

(6) Heating belt to the tank.

(7) Alternate between air and solvent to flush the mixer cleanly and rapidly.
